struck

I never liked lightning until last night. I was on the seventh floor, smoking, fixing my eyes on the dark sky.

I was thinking of something and suddenly I saw lightning stroke. I never realized that there was a cloud formation which I do not see. I was deprived by the darkness to see what was there. But lightning was munificent that it allowed me to feast on what was hidden.

It made me realized that you were the lightning during my dark nights. You gave me an idea that there is something hidden in the dark. You taught me that even if there are a lot of bad things happening to my life, there is always something better unnoticed.

Thank you. From now on I will always be looking for the lightning. I will try to spot the cloud formation hidden in the dark.
